Superintendent Search 2022

The Board of Education has interviewed seven candidates this week as it seeks the right person to lead Oak Park Schools as its next superintendent. The Board has narrowed the field to two finalists.  The two candidates being considered are Angel Abdulahad and Carla Postell. We invite you to be present next week, on May 16th and 18th, to introduce yourself to each of the two finalists, ask questions and provide written feedback that will be shared with the Board. The Board will take this feedback into consideration as it deliberates on its final selection. These meetings will take place at NOVA Academy (22180 Parklawn, Oak Park, MI 48237) in PDC Center.
