Oakland Schools Technical Campus (OSTC & OTEC)
OSTC
Oakland Schools Technical Campuses (OSTC) is comprised of four campuses that provide Career Technical Education programs in a unique learning environment that delivers the technical, academic and workplace skills essential for pursuing post-secondary education and successful careers. The curriculum, equipment, technology and staffing at the campuses are designed to meet current and emerging industry needs and training requirements. All of the programs are offered under the guidance of certified teachers, counselors and school-to-work coordinators.

Agriscience and Environmental Technologies; Automotive Technology; Collision Repair and Refinishing; Computer Programming; Construction Technology; Cosmetology; Criminal Justice; Culinary Arts/Hospitality; Cybersecurity Networking; Energy-Electrical Technologies; Graphic and Communication Design; Machining; Engineering, Robotics & Mechatronics; Entrepreneurship and Advanced Marketing; Health Sciences; Medium/Heavy Truck and Equipment; and Welding.

OTEC
Oakland Technical Early College is a rigorous three-year program offering high school students an early start in post-secondary training to better prepare them for high-skill, high-demand and high-wage careers.
Oakland Schools Technical Campuses have partnered with Oakland Community College to combine early college opportunities with many of our career technical programs.
During the 11th and 12th grades, students take high school requirements, an OSTC program and college courses that align with a technical degree. Students attend Oakland Community College full-time during an added 13th year, completing their high school diploma and potentially earning an associate degree.

OTEC offers cutting-edge, hands-on learning for students who want to graduate high school with industry certifications, on-the-job experiences, business connections and college credits. With 18 program offerings from Construction Technology and Culinary Arts to Health Sciences and Welding, CASA provides an opportunity for students to jump start their careers while still in high school. Center for Advanced Study and the Arts (CASA)
CASA is a consortium school serving Berkley, Clawson, Ferndale, Lamphere, Madison, Oak Park and Pontiac school districts. CASA offer sixteen Advanced Placement courses, a vibrant visual arts curriculum and a robust advanced dance program. Eligibility requirements apply. Health Occupation Students of America
Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA) is a program which allows our students to study and receive first-hand experience with jobs in the medical field. This program is further enriched by our partnership with Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital, where our students HOSA students have the opportunity to complete internships.
Edgenuity (E2020)
Education2020 (E2020) is an online credit recovery program offered for eligible students. It is a multimedia-rich Virtual Classroom and Virtual Tutor that engages students in the learning process through animations, simulations, video-based presentations, online content, vocabulary and exploration activities that support each lesson presented by a Highly Qualified Virtual Classroom Teacher. E2020 is aligned to the national and state standards and provides a comprehensive curriculum in the core areas including Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies and elective courses. Approximately 25 core and elective classes are available for .5 credit (electives) or 1 credit (core classes).
To receive credit, students must have a grade of 60% or better after completing 100% of the coursework.
Counselor recommendation is required in order for a student to enroll in E2020 Courses.
Square One
Square One Education Network is a partnership which enables our students to develop and apply knowledge in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) as they engage in vehicle design challenges in which they compete with other teams from across the state. These challenges include underwater vehicle design, autonomous vehicle design, mini vehicle design, and full scale vehicle design.
Wayne State C2 Pipeline
Wayne State C2 Pipeline is a program which provides academic enrichment in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, as well as academic tutoring after school.
