Attendance
Students are expected to be in attendance every day per the Michigan Revised School Act.
- Be sure to respond to any calls or emails from your child's teacher.
- Updated phone and parent email are essential.
Missing 10 or more days without valid excuse will result in truancy proceedings.
Expectations
We ask for parents and guardians to support learning by ensuring students are in attendance at school on time every day. We recognize student attendance requires a partnership between home and school. Our goal is to provide systems of support for our students and families to build bridges to success. Please contact the counseling office to inquire about supports for student attendance.
The Michigan Dept. of Education defines Chronic Absenteeism as any students who misses more than 2 days a month.

Joining your classes is simple. Simply log on to your school Gmail, go to Google Classroom (in the waffle), and join your classes using the appropriate class codes listed in the link below.
