About Oak Park Education Foundation

The Oak Park Education Foundation is a 501©3 non‐profit organization that was formed in 2011 by the Oak Park School District.  All students enrolled in the Oak Park School District are the ultimate beneficiaries of the Oak Park Education Foundation.  We are a low visibility, high impact organization offering direct funding for innovative educational initiatives in Oak Park.

The funding supports academics, arts, athletics, and all of our extracurricular activities and outside of the classroom learning experiences.  All current funding is used to offset the costs of equipment and uniforms for students within the arts, athletics, academic games, and robotics programs.  Funding is never used for salaries.   The Oak Park School District is transforming the district one day at a time and the Oak Park Education Foundation plays a major role in ensuring extraordinary learning opportunities for all students. The funding that is generated through the efforts of the Oak Park Education Foundation, such as our annual golf outing continues to provide students extraordinary experiences and exposure that they otherwise would not have.  Funding is needed, as we continue to enhance all of our programming, as well as, our educational and extracurricular experiences.  Our fundraising efforts are geared to continue to expand our offerings to all students: Pre‐K – 12.

Thanks to your continuous support of the Oak Park Education Foundation, we continue to serve our students well.
